Rachel Watches Too Much T.V.

Right now I am currently watching Saturday Night Live and Joseph Gordon-Levitt is just the best. My love for him has come back (did it ever really leave?) I just wanted to talk about how much I loved this show. It' always so funny and Seth Meyers is great and attractive and my gosh I love him. I just love a lot of people.

I also watched Doctor Who tonight. I really loved it, it felt like oldNewWho was back and made me happy. It just made me wish that season six and seven were more like that episode. I love the Ponds so much and I just want to be Amy so badly. Is that too much to wish for?

I feel like this year I've had so much homework already. Tomorrow (err today...) I get to read two chapters of my history textbook, take notes on them, do an additional three chapters reading after that and then I have my AP Lang and Comp homework. That is one of the homeworks I don't mind doing at all. I also had film study but I finished that. I had to write a journal and recast The Graduate. We just had to cast Ben, Mrs. Robinson and Elaine. Here's my cast lit:

Ben- Joseph Gordon-Levitt.  Yes I love him but that has nothing to do with my choice for him to be Ben. He can handle the awkwardness of Ben in the start of the film and I must admit I find that Ben is a stalker/creeper. Joe played Tom in (500) Days of Summer who sort of reminds me of this and he can handle it.

Mrs. Robinson- Colbie Smulders. She is Robin on HIMYM but on some episodes Robin has been quite the attractive gal on like every episode. And I can totally see her seducing someone. She is only 32 years old but with the work of movie magic, she can look a bit older. I also think she can play the mother of my Elaine.

Elaine- Alexis Bledel. Yes Ms. Rory Gilmore as my Elaine. I know she can handle her innocence at the start of the film (hello Rory Gilmore) and will be able to play her hurt and in love with Ben and SHE CAN DO IT ALRIGHT.

THEY JUST CUT JGL'S CLOSING SPEECH OFF WHY WHY WHYYYYYYYYYYYY. I guess I should go to bed. ugh i don't want to get up early tomorrow. why do i have to?

goodnight peoples.

Humph

Today is a sucky day. I guess (even though I really don't want to say this) the sucky day started last night. I just have so much homework to do and I am totally not ready at all for it. I just want to go watch tv shows or moulin rouge or something like that. But no back to rewriting an essay I go. Not even Mumford & Sons can cheer me up.

Hopefully tomorrow will be better and I'll blog something nicer.

Blargh

Sorry I haven't posted in so long, I have started my junior year and boy oh boy is it taking up a lot of my time! I like most of my classes minus a few, *cough cough* that means you APUSH *cough cough* Other than that, things are going well, I managed to play at my very first football game, despite my hatred of the mellophone, pass a very challenging summer reading test for my AP Lang and Comp class, and we've started the graduate in my film study class. We've only seen about the first 15 minutes but I already want to keep watching.

We are in the process of a long weekend, I actually won't have a full week of school until October 17th. How awesome is that!? While I love long weekends, I usually don't feel like doing anything, but this weekend will be different! All of the sudden I have the sudden urge to clean my room, this urge does not come often mind you. But I just really want to clean everything and then rearrange a few pieces of furniture in my room. I just hung up a definition of love (after buying it last summer) and I am blaming that for my urge to rearrange everything. I also cleaned my basement last night so go me.

Today is the 16th of September and it is my one year anniversary with my boyfriend. We hung out last night and watched Doctor Who and showed him one of my all time favorite films Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. He loved it, which is great because I love it and love to rewatch it. As I am typing this blog post, I am listening to the soundtrack for it on spotify, it's so beautiful. It's just so great, I love it so much. jfsdkjfklghlfsg. But last night was a really great night and is one of my all time favorites. After finishing the film we had a discussion about whether or not we would erase the other if something happened to us and we both decided that we wouldn't, that the pain is apart of who we are and it's cowardish of us to erase the other.

Well I better go start reorganizing everything. I want to move my boy dresser to where my nightstand is now but I have no idea where to put everything. I feel like everything is so squished in my room. Oh well, I'm going to go clean now, maybe I'll blog more later but tonight I am going to JT's house for our one year. (:
